Balcony door wouldn't lock.

The apartment is reasonably spacious and spacious, located so close to the Center and the city centre.

Don't miss the chance to taste food at Abaceria Burlaero, set close to the accommodation. There was alameda de hercules close to the apartment. The balcony was a plus of the flat.

We stayed in a studio and the room was big enough, clean, with full equiped kitchinette, nice new furniture, quiet, near the highway to Seville and a shopping center with fast-foods, very good relation price-quality.

No decoration in the room (looks too simple), a little too far from Seville, reception staff doesn't speak too much english, they didn't renew the toilet paper and we had to ask for it at the reception (embarrasing, but it seems to be the rule here), the walls in our room were worn out in some places

Very helpfull staff. The room was large, with kitchen (microwave, fridge, oven etc.). The hotel is 12 km away from Sevilla, but it's easy to get there if you got a car. There is a free parking inside the hotel.

Everything was perfect. The staff help me a lot about how to get in the city center by car, how to find a very cheap and good parking place. The room was very clean, new furniture, very well equipped. The sofa bed was big enough for two persons. 15 minutes by city center by car. Good location, underground big parking. Easy to reach the location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The provided amenities like dishes and toiletries made my stay convenient. The location, although not in the heart of the city, was easily accessible by bus. One evening, I discovered a fantastic restaurant called Karlos' nearby. The free WiFi in the lobby was a bonus, and I even managed to get a signal in my room. I'll recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Sevilla.

I had a wonderful stay at a nice apartment in a quiet building near Sevilla. The apartment was impeccable with comfortable beds, a modern kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The 24-hour reception provided excellent service and helpful suggestions for things to do. The price was also great. I highly recommend this hotel.
